What DCSA conformance certification means

DCSA conformance certification confirms an implementation has passed DCSA's certification scenarios for a specific standard, major version, role, and, where applicable, module and scope.It covers only what those scenarios test, not the full standard, the organisation's complete product, or whether the implementation is live in production.Criteria and scope vary by standard. See the linked standard name in the table, or the DCSA standards and conformance documentation, for details.

How to read the conformance overview table

Each row is a certification category: standard, major version, and module (where applicable).✅ means DCSA has confirmed certification for that organisation in that category. A blank cell means no certification is currently listed, not that the organisation hasn't implemented the standard.
  • Standard and version: The interface standard tested. The overview groups by major-version family (1.x, 2.x, 3.x); DCSA keeps the exact tested version on record. Certification doesn't carry over between major versions.
  • Module: Some standards have independently certifiable modules, tested and certified separately. Certification for one doesn't imply another. No separable modules shows n/a.
Version changes and certification validity
Certification doesn't carry over between major versions: an organisation certified for 2.x must test separately for 3.x, and stays listed under its current version. Patch or scenario updates don't remove existing certifications; DCSA contacts organisations if re-testing is needed.
