If you believe a serious illegal conduct has occurred in DCSA, we encourage you to report your concern directly to someone in DCSA, e.g. your usual contact person or the CEO of DCSA.If you feel that you cannot report directly, we encourage you to make an anonymous report in our whistleblower system. DCSA has taken technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data as adequately as possible against destruction, loss, alteration and unauthorized access, storage or other processing operations. If you report your concern directly to someone in DCSA or submit an anonymous report in our whistleblower system, the contact person you report to and our whistleblower system will treat your personal information with confidentiality. The contact person you report to and our whistleblower system only collect relevant information, which in practice means an initial check of the information reported and keeping only the information that is relevant to the case. The reports that lead to an investigation will be kept for 60 days. The reports that do not lead to an investigation are kept for 30 days. The sharing of specific information with the person(s) accused can be deferred due to the possibility of jeopardising the investigation. Deferral of information is decided on a case by case basis and the reasons for any restriction are documented. In this assessment, all interests involved are balanced, including but not limited to those of the whistleblower and the person(s) accused.
