Credore joins DCSA+ to advance digital standards for scalable eBL adoption

2 Min read | December 11, 2025
Credore has joined the DCSA+ partnership programme to support the development of a trusted, interoperable foundation for electronic Bills of Lading (eBL). Their work will focus on the shared rules, legal frameworks and technical patterns that allow eBLs to move securely and consistently between different systems. As a DCSA+ partner, Credore will engage with carriers and technology providers in collaborative workstreams. These sessions align implementation expectations, reduce fragmentation between platforms and build the conditions for reliable industry-wide interoperability. The team is preparing to align with two core components of the DCSA eBL platform interoperability framework
  • The PINT API, a standardized bilateral integration that enables different eBL platforms to exchange documents and DCSA standards-compliant eBLs.
  • The MSPIA Legal Framework with the Standard Annex, which provides shared legal framework to govern the relationships between different eBL providers and supports trusted cross-platform eBL transfer.
Lingraj Mahanand, CEO of Credore, said: “Through this collaboration, Credore will focus on enabling global eBL adoption by aligning with emerging interoperability standards and frameworks by DCSA, including the PINT API and the MSPIA Legal Framework with the Standard Annex. Our aim is to contribute to a more connected and efficient digital trade ecosystem.”  Amy Yu, DCSA+ Partnership Director for Technology Solution Providers, welcomed Credore to the programme: “Credore joins DCSA+ at a time when the industry is working together to make eBL exchange simple, secure and scalable. By contributing to shared testing, structured discussions and future pilots, Credore helps advance the conditions needed for eBLs to move smoothly between platforms. We look forward to working with their team as this work progresses.” To learn more about Credore visit https://www.credore.xyz/
