Unifeeder joins DCSA+ to strengthen digital alignment across global container logistics
November 25, 2025
Unifeeder, the largest feeder and shortsea network in Europe and part of the DP World Group, has joined the DCSA+ partnership programme to help accelerate the adoption of open digital standards across the container shipping industry. As a leading feeder and shortsea logistics operator, Unifeeder connects regional and global trade through a network of more than 150 vessels, moving over 5.5 million containers annually across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Through DCSA+, Unifeeder will collaborate with carriers, technology providers, and terminals to advance standardised data exchange and improve operational interoperability across the maritime supply chain. Unifeeder’s participation reflects its focus on enhancing the exchange of schedule and operational data between feeders and ocean carriers to enable more transparent and efficient coordination across the network. “At Unifeeder, we see digital collaboration as essential to the future of shipping. Joining DCSA+ allows us to contribute our feeder network expertise to the industry’s collective effort to standardize data exchange and improve interoperability. By aligning and contributing to DCSA’s open standards, we help create a more transparent, efficient, and sustainable supply chain that benefits our customers and partners across the globe.” Søren Castbak, Chief Commercial Officer, Unifeeder. Unifeeder has begun adopting DCSA standards across its digital operations. Its work with the Track & Trace standard, supported by a customer-facing portal, serves as a clear example of how standardised data strengthens transparency and consistency in container visibility. This development also underscores Unifeeder’s commitment to aligning its digital solutions with recognised industry standards.“Unifeeder plays an essential role in connecting the global network of ports and carriers,” said Mariana Bock-Losada, Chief Growth Officer at DCSA. “Their participation in DCSA+ brings valuable insight from the feeder and shortsea segment and strengthens the collective effort to achieve true interoperability across the container shipping ecosystem.” Since 2018, Unifeeder has been part of DP World, a global leader in supply chain solutions. Within DP World, Unifeeder forms part of the Marine Services business pillar, supporting the group’s vision to create efficient, sustainable, and digitally connected logistics. Through DCSA+, partners gain structured access to implementation support, early insight into emerging standards, and opportunities to shape scalable, industry-aligned digital solutions.
