Navigating our recruitment journey

Embark on a fulfilling career journey with DCSA, where you have the opportunity to play a role in changing a whole industry for the better. Our recruitment process explained:

  1. Application: Submit your application. Your skills and experiences matter, and we're eager to learn more about what makes you a great fit for DCSA.
  2. Initial screening with a recruiter: A recruiter will reach out to you for an initial conversation. This is an opportunity to discuss your background, aspirations, and alignment with DCSA's mission.
  3. Interview with hiring manager & HR: Dive deeper into your potential role with a discussion involving the hiring manager and our HR team. This phase allows us to understand if there is a cultural fit.
  4. Skills interview with team member and stakeholder: Engage in a (technical) interview with a direct team member and a close stakeholder. This step ensures the candidate has the right skill set for the role.
  5. Final Interview:
  6. Technical assessment or business case: Demonstrate your skills through a practical technical assessment or a business case relevant to the role. This step provides a hands-on understanding of your problem-solving abilities.
    Behavioural assessment: Explore your behavioural attributes in a dedicated session. This helps us understand your approach to teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
  7. Feedback session: Conclude the final interview with a constructive feedback session. We believe in open communication, and this is an opportunity for mutual understanding and alignment.
  8. Offer: Congratulations! If you successfully navigate the recruitment journey, we'll extend an offer for you to join the DCSA team. Welcome aboard!
